We’re Heatable.
We fit boilers, lots of boilers – all over the UK. We’re looking to place installations across the UK to manage the demand following our national TV campaign. You can read all about us here – www.heatable.co.uk
Customers who purchase replacement boilers from Heatable are looking for quick turn-arounds so we need reliable, skilled engineers who can take on some extra work. As much, or as little as you can manage. Our platform works on availability, so once you’re set up and working for us you’ll have the ability to tell us via the software when you’re free to take jobs.
Right now, we support over 500 self-employed contractors in growing their business. We’re confident that we’re the best at what we do. We care in equal measure about installation quality, our customer experience, and our contractor network. We work with you, and for you. We’re normal people.
It’s important to understand that we’re looking for long-term partnerships, built on trust. We’re not a fit and forget business. We want you to treat our customers as your own and do a job you’d be proud of.
We have an in-house dedicated technical support team, procurement team, finance team, and aftercare team. We’re here to support engineers through the onboarding process, installations, and getting you paid… on time.
We supply the customer, the materials, the admin, the customer care, and the rates. You supply the labour and represent our business as you do your own.
What do we pay?
We have a full rate card but standard rates for Combi/Regular/System swaps start at £400. Conversions or more complex works start at £700. Prices are plus VAT where applicable.
We’ll send a full rate card on request.
You’ll need to provide your own vehicle, up to £20 of plastics/fittings, tools, and access equipment per job. You must be comfortable with all aspects of installations, including wiring (controls), vertical flue installations, working with ladders/harnesses and waste clearance.
You must:
- Be Gas Safe registered
- Have CCN1 & CENWAT qualifications
- A minimum of £2m Public Liability Insurance
- DBS (preferable)
